Amid a hot industrial market, Dermody Properties' LogistiCenter proposal in Rancho Cordova is getting a decidedly cold reception from its neighbors. Rancho Cordova's City Council has pushed back a decision on design review for the single 155,040-square-foot building in that project, after receiving a letter from an attorney representing residents of the nearby Stone Creek neighborhood. That letter, introduced at a council meeting Tuesday, claims the city's review of the project is inadequate under the California Environmental Quality Act.
