Rancho Cordova's battle over industrial proposals near a residential neighborhood appears headed to court next. On the heels of the City Council's recent approval of design review for LogistiCenter at Rancho Cordova, James Garcia of Stone Creek Residents for Smart Growth said he expects to file a suit against the project within a week. "We definitely feel they're not listening," he said. "We have to go to a judicial challenge over it." LogistiCenter at Rancho Cordova, a single 155,040-square-foot industrial building, would be at the corner of Bear Hollow Drive and North Mather Boulevard.
